I definitely keep a travel bottle in my purse, one at my office and in the medicine cabinet at home. This stuff really does great things!

| The Good | My brother-in-law recommended Excedrin Migraine for headaches I kept getting while we were on vacation in July. I was an avid ibuprofen user. Ibuprofen fixed EVERYTHING! I’d choke down four 200mg tablets of ibuprofen, sometimes up to three times a day, just to get rid of a headache. I'll never doubt his opinion again! Inexpensive at like $4 a bottle, plus you can even buy them at discount stores like Dollar Store and Family Dollar, works like a charm and I didn't notice any side effects. They also come in gelcaps, which I really prefer. Plus, you don’t have to worry about them causing GI upset like you would with ibuprofen. |
| The Bad | Caffeine obviously isn't the best idea to pump through your body, but at this low dose, I didn't feel jittery or restless at all with taking these. Caffeine helps stimulate blood flow and in small doses you don’t even notice it is working. Obviously if you are already on an aspirin regimen, you’ll want to consult your doctor before taking these. It’s a good idea to consult your doctor though if you are contemplating taking any OTC meds specifically if you are on daily prescription medicines. |
| The Ugly | The only ugly part is the headache. For persistent headaches, some folks may have to actually go see their physician to be diagnosed and use prescription medicines for their headaches. If your headaches are daily and your ultra sensitive to light and sound, you throw up or last for more than a day, you definitely need to seek medical attention. If you suffer from an occasional bothersome headache, try Excedrin Migraine. When your headache disappears you’ll thank yourself for the money you saved! |
