| The Good | Kaffeine player is a well known player for Linux platoform that uses xine. This was the first player I used on my Ubuntu Linux operating system. I downloaded it because I was impressed by its name. It is free and supports all the common movie and audio formats. In the last version the program supports and some playlist formats. This was a bad point of older versions. Another good feature is that Kaffeine supports that drag and drop function to add a movie or an audio file to the playlist. It is a fully customizable player and generally is a all in one multimedia player. Kaffeine is a very good choice for every Linux user. Finally a very interesting point is that Kaffeine supports playing digital TV! |
| The Bad | The only bad point I can say for this program is the design. The main screen consists of six buttons which you can start six different functions of the program. I would prefer a more modern design. |
