The Good I'm a 'huge' fan to products that come from Samsung and with the recent purchase of my new 20” Samsung Monitor that hasn't changed. I purchased the 2033SW for a decent price when compared to others and I am happy with my purchase. The monitor is pretty easy to set up and compared to some other people who had issues I can only say that they aren't fit for it. With an easy stand, the monitor stood up without any wobble at all (Compared to some other reviewers claims) even when I shook the desk intentionally. The picture quality is wonderful, a well done view of the games and movies that I watch with various options to help increase the color.
The Bad While I didn't have a lot of problems setting the monitor up the connection cords seemed to require a 'lot' of force to be placed into the monitor before they could be connected to the monitor and thus the computer. Outside of the issue with connecting the computer the only other issue might be the buttons upon the computer have 'no' marking to help label which one is which on the screen making it a hassle to have to constantly go through them when you have to change it at a specific time.
The Ugly With the cheap price of the monitor, finding something truly bad to say for what I use it for seems to be difficult. One of the key things however about the monitor is that at certain times the color doesn't seem to look as it should. Other than the color issue the actual problem would be if a problem arises with the monitor the customer service at Samsung isn't the best to solve it. Luckily, Samsung products don't usually have issues.
