Lowe's is the benchmark when it comes to the best retail furniture and appliance store in the country. They have a huge selection of furniture at any point of time suited to all your interior decoration needs. I was personally surprised to see such a variety of household furnitures , all durable and extremely sleek. The huge offers and discounts on every type of deals forms a major advantage for me, and the product quality at such cheap rates is Lowe's primary excellence. The installation and delivery services are nominal and of great help to customers. I was pleasently surprised and pleased with their customer service who understood the exact nature of my queries and problems, streamlining my selection instead of making me go through a huge array of products. The support is stable and even has credit policies and refunds, although I doubt anyone would want to return such fine pieces of furniture. They even have international shipping rates and the entire satisfaction makes them my number one choice for home improvement across the globe.. |

Great prices, friendly service and a nice selection of furniture!

| The Good | Lowe's not only has everything under the sun for your home remodeling and maintenance needs, they've also got what you need for outdoors. I was looking for a patio table and chairs set for our backyard last summer. We wanted to be able to stay outside with the kids and relax instead of get out the old camping chairs and pretend to be comfortable while they ran amuck in the backyard. We checked out every local store in the Oklahoma City area and Lowe's by far had the best selection, best service and best prices. They had coordinating sets, and you could individually purchase or get the whole shabang. They offered to deliver (for a nominal fee) and even pick up our old patio set (as if we had one). Pretty nice huh? We never really think that far ahead when making big purchases. The customer service rep we worked with was super friendly and knowledgeable about the different brands. He helped us pick out the perfect set that was durable enough for our kids and still elegant enough for our taste. And then this winter I saw my set on sale (which made me mad because I paid a lot more for it) but their discount amount on sale items is incredible for out of season things. The key is to already know what you want and buy it during the opposite season that you need it... I figured that out the hard way! |
| The Bad | I wish they had a layaway plan. It would be really nice to not have to lean on credit cards and financing options when making bigger purchases like this. I understand that they can only house so much in their warehouses though. |
| The Ugly | Nothing. My experience with Lowe's was great. I looked at Garden Ridge, Home Depot and even Bass Pro Shops and still didn't find what I wanted. Then I walked into Lowe's (1/4 mile from my house) and found the perfect set at a reasonable price. |
