The Good	Good selection of furniture, prompt customer service and great prices
The Bad	Occasional delay in delivery in some areas
Your Review	I helped my friend look for some furniture as he shifted to his new house. We came upon Rooms To Go and were impressed by the selection and quality of the furniture on offer. We made our choices and were told that the store operated by placing the order at the warehouse after which it would be delivered to our place by a contracted outside company. We had no problems with it and placed orders for several furnitures. We were a bit worried about volume of delivery but the customer service representatives assured us of the quality of delivery. They even asked us to hold onto our furniture in case of a dispute and they would send a reviewer to dispatch the situation and look for a solution. We got some great discounts on the overall bill and within two days the furniture was promptly delivered to his place. We even received calls from their customer service before and after delivery who inquired about delivery and set-up details. Overall, a pleasant experience and certainly a good choice in terms of furniture shopping!
