Slicing bread is always a delicate job to do. Isn’t it? But It is not that easy as it looks especially when it comes to slicing the tall loaves. But there is a great solution to it in the form of “Wusthof’s Deli Knife”. Wusthof’s 8-inch long Deli Knife makes this tough task of slicing the bread much easier. Its offset handle is very comfortable to hold and helps you to slice right down to the cutting board, allowing clearance for your knuckles and the sharp serrated teeth will cut the bread easily without tearing or creating a shower of crumbs. The blade in Wusthof’s knife is slightly serrated so the food is left intact. This knife is also ideal for cutting cooked roasts or tomatoes. The knife is made up of a high carbon stainless steel blade. The blade is extremely durable, the handle is impact-resistant and is polished by hand. It is food and moisture resistant which makes it virtually indestructible. An excellent piece of work. |
