I got the Presto profry dual basket immersion as a present from a friend and its been one of my most cherished household items since that time. The 12 cup food capacity allows me to fry large quantities of food at once in a hurry when I have surprise guests over at my place. The oblong shaped basket also helps in accommodating large pieces of food like chicken or fish without and difficulty. The first noticeable thing that caught my eye was its strong immersion heater element that provides for quick preheating and faster oil recovery time. I was also impressed with the adjustable thermostat having variable control settings and the oil ready LED indicator. I was initially skeptic about oil splatter but to my sweet surprise , I discovered that the appliance cover acts as a splatter shield when lowering food into the hot oil. The heating element and pot can be removed easily for a quick cleanup and the fried food is crisp and yummy. There is very little to actually complain about but I did notice that the temperature gauze was not accurate at times and sometimes the light goes out before reaching the target temperature which can be a hindrance. However, it has helped me serve up a lot of impromptu parties and if you want restaurant taste in your own home, I would strongly advise you to go for it. |

This frying machine is the most useful item I have ever had. My favorite food is fish and chips. And when I say fish I mean captains iglo’s fish sticks. I didn’t know that this machine exists until I saw it in the Internet. I gave 55$ and I bought it immediately. If you want to fry chicken, fish or potatoes for your children this is the best frying machine. It has an adjustable thermostat and a signal light that lets you know when the oil is ready for frying. I love it!

| The Good | This is a low cost frying machine with which you can save time and money. Frying was too safe until I bought this machine. This machine heats the oil to fast. I am too impressed! |
| The Bad | The only bad thing in this machine is cleaning. Of course you can’t put it in the dishwasher so hand wash is only accepted. If you clean it after the usage you will not have any problem. |
