| The Good | Extends shelf life upto five time longer, retains freshness, protects from insects or moisture. |
| The Bad | Bags and rolls are expensive , certain problems with the canister arise from time to time. |

Foodsaver advanced vacuum packaging system is a blessing is disguise for someone like me who is usually left with a lot of leftovers that could go to waste. I love the hands free feature of the device where you can just put the bag in, lock it down and vacuum. There is even an option of interrupting the vacuum and moving on directly to the sealing process in order to prevent crushing delicate foods. The flip up design makes it easier to store and saves a lot of counter space. The full vacuum channel can fit bags of any size and catch overflow liquid , so whatever I put into it is preserved completely. In terms of sealing, I was left impressed by the crush free instant sealing strip with non stick coating that provides an extra secure, airtight seal for a long shelf life and manages to retain the freshness of the stored food item at the same time. The variable speeds and food specific settings help me have complete control over the vacuum procedure which I can alter and modify based on the food items and my own needs. It also includes bag material and accessory hose but my favorite of the lot is the dishwasher safe anti-bacterial drip tray which is extremely useful and hygienic at the same time. The bags themselves are safe to freeze, boil, put in the microwave and even prevent freezer burn. The built in roll and cutter simplify making custom sized bags. The one thing which bothers me is the default dry setting which I have to put to moist everytime before vacuuming and the price of bags and rolls. Overall, I am really impressed with the packaging system and its a must have for all with large leftovers. |

I didn’t buy this machine on my own. A friend of mine brought it to me for a present. All I have to say is that I have the best friends. This vacuum packaging system is a professional food saver product that cost about 100$ (I don’t know the exact price). It has a good black – silver design. I haven’t any comment about this product. Just buy it. It is very helpful.

| The Good | This vacuum packaging system is hands free. This means that you haven’t to push the up surface to close you package. You press a button and then the machine does the vacuuming and packaging. So you have to hands to hold the bag with the food. In my opinion this is a big advantage against other machines like this. |
| The Bad | You can find surely better machine from that with more specifications. But if want a simple, fast and medium sized vacuum packaging system this will satisfies you. |
