Blendtec blender does exactly what it promises- help in making smoothies, pulverize vegetables and fruits and crush ice completely. The powerful motor ensures a high degree of blending and even a nitpicker like me is always satisfied with the final blend. It is a lot lighter and more compact as compared to other blenders in the market and comes with BPA-free copolyester containers. On my first blend, I noticed how powerful the machine was and its wide variety of uses just beyond making smoothies. Blendtec's most unique feature in my opinion is the Smart Touch technology which can automate the entire operation for you with just the touch of a button, even if you are away. It also has the feature of auto stop after 50 secs of continuous blending rather than going on forever until you manually stop it. The blade is used for both wet and dry grinding and based on my tests, I've seen it work seamlessly with both. It's final grind is a lot superior to most other blenders and it can also be used in making ice cream, grind coffee beans and even make soup. The controls all offer a sense of quality blending and its extremely portable so you can carry it with you when you travel. I tried out some unusual blends and the Blendtec blender was able to grind it with ease. Its fast , automated and extremely helpful during emergencies. In short, a big thumbs up from my side! |

I am not a blender power user. In my life this was the first blunder I ever bought. I want a powerful blender and only that. I didn’t want to buy something that would work for one year and then I should buy another one. So the experts told me that this is the ideal blender for me. I don’t know if I make the right movement but until now I didn’t regret it. This blender helps me a lot and I love it!

| The Good | It comes in 4 colors to choose from. I choose the black one because I think is my favorite color. The touchpad controls are a plus of this machine. It has also a LCD display that shows count circle. Interesting! It is so solid that I don’t fear to use it and it is also powerful. It can convert everything in juice. And I mean it. |
| The Bad | The bad thing of this blender is the price. If you have 400$ to spend, then just buy it. You will don’t regret it. |
