| The Good | Ability to retain and dissipate heat quickly, easy in cleaning up with removal of food stains and food can be cooked quickly and evenly at a much lower heat making for some scrumptious meals. |
| The Bad | The bottom usually heats up more than the sides because of its design patterns, making it a bit difficult to cook certain dishes while using a gas burner. |

I have seen several non -sticky cookware sets around the market that often overheat or undercook the meals making the food taste low in quality. Some are also extremely hard to clean as they get burnt due to cooking in high flames and one has to keep scrubbing them thoroughly to keep the food stains out. The Cuisinart 12 Pc Multiclad Cookware Set takes care of all these problems and ranks as number one in my choice for cookware. I love how the design provides for an uniform heating distribution system so the cooking can be done evenly even at low heat making the food taste a lot better, especially spicy Indian dishes. The heat setting can be easily reduced to half making cooking a breeze. It also has a very durable surface and is one of the very few cookware sets that do not retain food stains making it very easy for cleaning up. The design also allows for quick absorption and dissipation of heat making it extremely useful for a quick boil and cooling purpose. Application of a bit of cooking oil on a paper towel also keeps it stick free for a long time. Overall, I have been using the Cuisinart Multiclad Cookware set for a long time and I can gurantee complete satisfaction for all levels of cooks making it a great kitchen tool and an even greater gift. |

| The Good | I’ll be honest. I am not a great cook, or even a good cook. However, my mother, in the hope that I will learn bought me the Cuisinart 12-piece Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel Cookware set for Christmas last year. This was the best gift I have ever received, especially considering that I can burn water. They don’t stain. You can use a scouring pad on them, if you need to. They are completely dishwasher safe. Each piece has a pouring spout on the side, which is great for draining macaroni and cheese. They also come with lids that seal tightly for simmering. Also, even though the handles are stainless steel also, they don’t get hot, like other cookware does. They also appear to heat evenly. For any beginner cooks, this is important, because it seems to reduce the amount of food that you burn. The set even comes with a stainless steel steamer for your vegetables. This is just an awesome set. |
| The Bad | I think the worst thing about the Cuisinart 12-piece Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel Cookware set is that if you are a messier cook, sometimes you have to scrub a little harder around the handles to get the over-spill off. However, they seem to be able to take a lot of abuse and look just like new when it is all over. |
| The Ugly | I honestly can’t think of anything horribly bad to say about the Cuisinart 12-piece Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel Cookware set. This is just a great basic set. |
