| The Good | American Airlines is one of the most famous airline sin the world. I had the luck to travel with American Airlines for a journey from New York to Los Angeles. The airplane was new, I don’t remember the type, and tidy. The air hostesses were very polite and the food offered was delicious. I remember that one air hostess served me a glass of water after almost 30 seconds from the time I pressed the button. Very good and fast service. The flight was perfect. There was any trouble in the air. There wasn’t any kind of delay. I think that American Airlines hires only the best pilots. At the ground, the personnel were also very polite and they helped me to correct a mistake that I made when I booked my ticket. In this point I have to mention that the booking of the tickets is a very easy process that a novice can do. |

All around good experience
User Review
| The Good | My first thought concerning American Airlines would be the sheer ease of booking a flight to and from the destination. With the recent happenings as per Air-line safety things can be chaotic and with this chaos each person seems to react to it differently. I enjoyed my journey when I flew with American Airlines rather thoroughly. Booking a flight was easy, decently inexpensive, and if anything went wrong they were able to compensate you for the troubles. The planes I flew on were clean and the staff were very kind during the journey supplying us with blankets to cover us with the room we had (Coach, not a lot of leg room on my flight.) |
| The Bad | One of the things I can complain about would be the lack of ability to get a direct flight from Oklahoma to Hawaii. While we did get a couple hours within Los Angeles to view what we could within the Air-port the selection we had from the place wasn't exactly what I would call 'enjoyable'. Even after the hours we spent within Los Angeles when we were able to get On-board (A process taking 20 minutes) there seemed to be a computer issue. |
| The Ugly | The truth of American Airlines is that it fails to distinguish itself as anything different compared to others. The planes are clean but from other people's experiences there seems to be a lot of problems with the planes used. One of the people I shared a seat with stated that this wasn't unnatural to happen (From his experience) and as such it makes me glad to know that I 'made' it home safely without any errors. All in all, American Airlines holds to it perhaps the same if but a few more issues that other air-lines fly. |
