The Good	Great pre boarding experience and on board comfort features, prompt service and a variety of choices all make Virgin a top notch flying experience.
The Bad	Some flights have cramped seating arrangements and its expensive for most people.
Your Review	Virgin Airlines signify a perfect blend of class and comfort and justify the hefty price tag put on most of their flights. I have used the airline twice for international flights and it has been a charming experience on both counts. The customer service both on the ground and on board have always looked after individual customer satisfaction and paid extra care to security and luggage issues. I have always enjoyed the extra leg room on my seats and travelling business class has been a delight. There is enough entertainment and a horde of facilities like mini bars and lounges and passengers are given a variety of options on food and drinks to suit to their own taste. The cabin crew has always been very responsive to on board queries and the overall service is of great quality. Frequent fliers would love to have Virgin as their first choice as it makes flying a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. I agree that it is more expensive than most other airlines, but the price is made up for with a host of extra benefits that make Virgin Airlines my top flying choice.

The Good	I booked a flight from London’s Heathrow to New York’s JFK airport. This would be the third flight for my journey from Thessaloniki to New York. I was very tired and I thought that this journey would never come to an end. This journey was a nightmare for me. But the flight with Virgin Airlines is a dream. Virgin Airlines has a very good and new aircraft fleet. The flight was executed from a Boeing 747 – 400. This aircraft isn’t very comfortable for the passengers of the economy class. But the aircraft personnel make it seems very comfortable. They serviced me whatever I asked for. They were fast and polite.
The Bad	There are two bad points for Virgin Airlines. The first is that it is a little bit expensive. I found 2 other airlines that were cheapest for the journey I made. I booked with Virgin because it has six different flights from London to New York and it was the only airline that flies at the time I was available. The second is a half an hour delay that the flight has.
