| The Good |
British Airways is always been known for its great cosmological customer service in the world and so is its recently launched “Executive Club Program”. British Airways Executive Club program has been appreciated by its member for the excellent customer service they have received received. This program is designed for BA’s loyal long halt flyers. The executive club is been categorized in three levels - Blue, Silver and Gold. By default all the memberships start with Blue type. The Silver class is the first privileged level which is achieved upon collecting 600 points or in a 12-month period by taking 50 flights on British Airways. The Silver level benefits include a 25-percent mileage as bonus, will be given a precedence check-in and access and boarding to lounges worldwide when flying British Airways or any of the partner airlines. The members also have “assured reservation” that guarantees an economy class seat even if the plane is full. Any member above 18 years of age can avail this program and also it’s valid till 36 months from date of its issue. The Gold class status is achieved on collecting 1,500 points in period of 12 months. It carries the same benefits as of the Silver class and in addition 50% mileage bonus on Qantas or British airways.
